Liz Dupree joined the University of Louisville Sports Performance staff as a Performance Coach in June of 2023. Liz was promoted to Senior Performance Coach in July 2024 She oversees performance program design and implementation for Volleyball, Women's Tennis, and Women's Golf.
Before arriving at Louisville, Liz most recently was at North Greenville University where she spent two years as the Director of Strength & Conditioning. There she was directly in charge of the weight room, the strength & conditioning staff, and their internship program, along with the performance programs for women’s basketball, women’s soccer, women’s lacrosse, and softball.
From 2020-2021, Liz completed a fellowship with the strength & conditioning staff at Furman University. Prior to Furman, she served as a graduate assistant strength & conditioning coach at Lenoir-Rhyne University from 2019-2020.
Liz is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. She also has completed her USA Weightlifting Level 1 certification through USA Weightlifting. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2019 from North Greenville University where she played for 4 years on the women’s basketball team. Following that, she completed her Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Lenoir-Rhyne University in 2021. Liz also serves on the Women’s Committee for the NSCA.
Liz is a native of Englewood, TN. She and her husband Sky have two dogs together – Jake & Scout.
